Technical Advisory Committee (TAC)
Background
The Lower Rum River WMO formed a Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) to advise
it during creation of the 3rd Generation Watershed Management Plan. Specifically,
the TAC was asked to recommend stormwater and wetland standards that will
serve the entire LRRWMO area. Those standards were developed and adopted
by the LRRWMO Board in 2011 and January 2012. They are included with the
LRRWMO permitting materials and in the Watershed Management Plan. The LRRWMO
may call upon the TAC in the future from time to time.
The TAC includes representatives of a variety of interests including each member city, state and regional agencies, and the Builder’s Association of the Twin Cities.
