Resource Planning
The Anoka Conservation District works with local governments and agencies to conduct several forms of resource management. Current and past projects include water resources planning for Watershed Management Organizations, greenways and open space planning for 5 communities. We also conduct development reviews for several communities where we make suggestions on how to minimize environmental impacts, including developing open space designs that maximize resource protection during the development process.
